How we handle your data

1. Who we are

This website is run by Video Preneur Studios, Delhi, India, under the brand AI Film Makers. When we say "we" or "us", we mean Video Preneur Studios.

2. What we collect

When you fill the apply form we collect your name, phone number, email, city, the language you want to learn in, what you do now, and what you want to make. If you pay for a workshop or a course, our payment partner collects your payment details. We do not see or store your card number.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. We use this only to keep the site working and safe.

3. Why we collect it

• To call or message you about the cohort or workshop you asked about.
• To put you in the right language batch.
• To send you class links, reminders and recordings once you join.
• To answer your questions on WhatsApp, phone or email.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with people and tools we need to run the course: our sales and support team, our payment partner (for example Razorpay), our email and WhatsApp tools, and Zoom for live classes. Each of them may only use your data to do that one job for us.

5. Ads and tracking

We run ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. These platforms may place a pixel or cookie on this site to measure if an ad worked. You can block cookies in your browser. This site is not a part of Meta or Google and is not endorsed by them.

6. Student stories

The videos on our site are from students who agreed to be shown. If you are in one and want it taken down, email us and we will remove it within 7 working days.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your form details for as long as you are a lead or a student, and up to 3 years after, so we can answer questions about your course or payment. You can ask us to delete it earlier.

8. Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop messaging you at any time. Write to us at the address below and we will reply within 7 working days.

9. Children

Our courses are for people aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must apply for you.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Big changes will also be messaged to current students.
