The rules for using our site and courses

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and Video Preneur Studios, Delhi, India, which runs the brand AI Film Makers. By using this website, filling a form, or buying a workshop or course, you agree to these terms.

2. What we sell

• The workshop. A short live online session, usually over a weekend, that shows you how AI films are made.
• The cohort. An 8 week live online course with classes, Q&A, homework and recordings, taught in the language batch you pick.

Dates, times, mentors and tools can change. If a class moves, we tell you in your batch group and give you the recording.

3. Who can join

You must be 18 or older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must apply and pay for you and will be bound by these terms.

4. Payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless we say otherwise. A seat is yours once the payment lands. If a payment fails or is reversed, the seat is released.

5. Refunds

• Workshop ticket. Not refundable once the workshop has started. If you cannot attend, you get the recording where one exists.
• Cohort. Ask for a full refund within 7 days of your batch's first class, in writing, and you get it within 10 working days. After that, no refund, but you may move to a later batch once, free of charge, by asking before week 3.
• Refunds go back the way you paid. Bank fees, if any, are deducted.

6. Recordings, materials and copyright

All classes, recordings, templates, prompts and documents belong to Video Preneur Studios. You get a personal licence to use them to learn and to make your own films. You may not share, resell, record, screen-share or upload them, or use them to run your own course. If you do, your access ends and no refund is given.

Films you make in the course are yours. You can show them, sell them and put them in your portfolio. We may ask to feature your film or your story, and we only do so with your yes.

7. Third party tools

We teach with tools made by other companies, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, HeyGen, ElevenLabs and others. Those tools have their own prices and terms. Some have free tiers, some do not. We do not control their pricing, uptime or rules, and we do not promise they will stay free or keep working the same way.

8. No income promise

We teach a skill. We do not promise that you will get clients, make money or earn any amount. Numbers you see on our site, such as what some students charge per film, are examples from real people and not a promise for you. Your results depend on your effort, your skill and your market.

9. How to behave

Be respectful in classes, groups and calls. No spam, no selling to other students, no harassment, no sharing of other students' details. We can remove anyone who breaks this, without refund.

10. Our liability

We do our best to run every class well. If something goes wrong, the most we owe you is the amount you paid us for that workshop or course. We are not responsible for losses from third party tools, your internet, or your own use of what you learnt.

11. Not affiliated with Meta or Google

This website and our courses are not a part of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Meta, YouTube or Google, and are not endorsed by them in any way. Their names are trademarks of their owners. We only use their platforms to run ads and reach students.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. The terms in force on the day you paid apply to that purchase.

13. Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts of Delhi. Before that, write to us and give us 15 days to fix it. Most things get sorted with one message.
